my delta cell! after building a smacks proof of concept and getting rediculous production out of only two plates, i deceided to try another theory in my "limiting current leaks" quest. all three inner plates are electrically connected, and electrically isolated from the three outer plates. i got pretty good production out of this setup, about 1/2 LPM using about 15 amps, using KOH-saturation-current-controlling, which is far less superior than PWM.

another shot, had to really trim those posts down to get it to fit!

didnt like that housing, so i found these stainless steel beakers. they were used in an EPA closed down testing lab. on top is a peice of 3/16" plexiglass. the gasket, seen in following photos, is the bottom liner of a Koi pond, rubber. about 1/16" thickness.
